An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant in Tunbridge Wells. Known for its vibrant atmosphere and fresh, flavour-led cooking, this site is part of a well-established, expanding group offering exceptional career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train and inspire a dedicated kitchen brigade

• Ensure consistent quality and presentation across all dishes

• Oversee kitchen operations including stock, rotas, compliance and food safety

• Maintain excellent communication with the front-of-house team

• Drive performance through effective leadership and a calm, confident presence

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up

• Background in high-volume, fresh food restaurants

• Strong leadership, training and organisational skills

• High standards of cleanliness, health & safety, and food hygiene

• A hands-on, approachable attitude and genuine passion for food
