Head Chef – Independent Taproom Kitchen
Location: Surrey area
Salary: Up to £40,000
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a thriving independent taproom known for its relaxed atmosphere, excellent beer, and a casual food offering with a focus on quality.
With a strong emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients, this is a chance to run a food operation that’s simple but elevated – think hand-stretched pizzas, vibrant bar snacks, and specials that reflect your creativity. The space includes multiple pizza ovens and is gearing up for further investment and growth.
What you’ll be doing:

Leading and inspiring a small, capable kitchen team

Creating and developing seasonal menus in line with the venue’s casual, quality-first approach

Taking full ownership of kitchen operations, stock, and standards

Getting involved in food-led events and adapting the offer as the business evolves
