Salary: Up to £48,000 including Tronc + Bonus

A unique opportunity to lead the kitchen at a premium restaurant dedicated to celebrating one of the world’s most beloved ingredients. This one-of-a-kind venue in Paddington puts exceptional British produce at the forefront, with a particular passion for seasonal, cheese-led dishes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a skilled and passionate kitchen team

• Creating innovative, seasonal menus with a focus on British cheese

• Overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations, suppliers, and stock control

• Maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, and team standards

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef

• A flair for modern British cuisine and creativity with local produce

• Strong leadership, organisation, and kitchen management skills

• Solid understanding of cost control and food margin management
