Join this Premium Restaurant, a unique venue celebrating the World’s favourite delicacy, as the Head Chef. Lead a passionate team, working alongside experts to create seasonal, focused dishes that showcase the best UK produce.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a small, talented kitchen team.

• Develop seasonal, cheese-inspired menus.

• Manage stock, suppliers, and kitchen operations.

• Ensure high food quality and kitchen efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.

• Passion for British ingredients and creative cooking.

• Strong leadership and organisational skills.

• Knowledge of cost control and stock management.
