An incredible opportunity for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to take the lead at a 60-bed boutique hotel in North London. With a brand-new refurbishment and an exciting Californian/Mexican dining concept, this is the perfect role for a commercially minded leader ready to make an impact.

The Role:

• Oversee all F&B and Housekeeping operations
• Lead a 100-cover restaurant featuring a Tacos & Tequila concept
• Manage a vibrant bar and private function space
• Work alongside a strong team, including a dedicated Hotel Manager
• Drive commercial success and exceptional guest experiences
