We’re looking for an inspiring and hands-on General Manager to lead the team at a much-loved independent restaurant known for its Mediterranean, seasonal menus, warm atmosphere, and community vibe.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading from the front, setting the tone for exceptional, personable service, work alongside the owner
• Managing day-to-day operations with a keen eye for detail
• Working closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Building guest relationships and driving loyalty
• Taking ownership of team development, rotas, stock, and P&L
• Bringing energy, ideas, and heart to the role every day
