A vibrant, busy restaurant is seeking a passionate and driven General Manager to take the reins and take of a busy restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden’s Theatre district

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Driving service standards and ensuring seamless operations during busy periods.
• Motivating and developing a good team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Overseeing the kitchen and maintaining high-quality food standards.
• Managing budgets, cost control, and achieving financial targets.
• Implementing effective training to enhance team performance and guest satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a fast pace, casual dining setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and elevate team performance.
• Financial acumen and a track record of hitting KPIs and managing costs effectively.
• Hands-on approach with a deep understanding of busy restaurant dynamics.
