We’re recruiting a General Manager to lead a flagship Central London pub with serious footfall, strong wet sales and a lively, all-day trading pattern. This is a well-established, high-performing site that needs a confident operator to keep standards high and push it even further.

You’ll be running a large team, driving performance and making sure the venue delivers every single day – from busy after-work trade to packed weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Full ownership of the day-to-day running of a high-volume pub
• Leading, developing and motivating a large team
• Driving sales, service and overall site performance
• Managing labour, GP, stock and compliance
• Delivering a consistently strong guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• Proven General Manager experience in high-volume London venues
• Strong wet-led background with solid commercial understanding
• A confident, hands-on leader who thrives under pressure
• Someone who knows how to run a busy, high-footfall site properly
