We are recruiting a confident and commercially aware General Manager for a highly regarded, quality-led pub in Buckinghamshire with accolades

The successful candidate will be hands-on, people-focused and capable of driving both guest experience and financial performance.

The Role:

• Full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the pub
• Lead, train and develop a strong front-of-house team
• Drive sales, profitability and community engagement
• Maintain excellent service standards and operational controls
• Manage rotas, stock, labour and compliance
• Work closely with ownership to support ongoing growth

The Ideal Candidate:

• Current General Manager
• Background in quality-led pubs or fresh food environments
• Commercially minded with solid financial awareness
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality
