We are recruiting a confident and commercially driven General Manager to lead a busy pub in the heart of Oxford Circus.

This is a high-footfall Central London site with strong wet-led trade and consistent all-day business. The role requires a hands-on operator who can manage volume, lead a team effectively and deliver a strong guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

• Full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the pub

• Lead, train and develop the front-of-house team

• Drive sales and maximise performance in a busy trading location

• Manage labour, stock control, GP and compliance

• Maintain excellent service standards and guest experience

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven General Manager experience in a busy pub, bar or hospitality venue

• Strong understanding of wet-led and high-volume operations

• Commercially aware with good financial understanding

• Hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
