The Role:

• Full P&L responsibility for a high-performing City restaurant

• Lead, develop and inspire a large management and front-of-house team

• Deliver exceptional food and service standards consistently

• Drive sales growth, profitability and operational efficiency

• Manage labour, GP, compliance and reporting within a structured group

• Maintain brand consistency while maximising local opportunity

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven General Manager experience within a recognised multi-site restaurant group

• Strong background in premium, high-volume London restaurants

• Commercially sharp with solid financial and reporting experience

• Structured, organised and confident leading large teams

• Passionate about food-led hospitality and delivering standards
