We’re recruiting a hands-on General Manager for a well-established neighbourhood pub in Central London.

This is a great opportunity for a community-focused operator who can drive wet sales, lead a small team and deliver consistently strong service in a relaxed, local setting.

The Role:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the pub
• Drive sales and build local trade
• Lead and develop a small team
• Manage stock, GP, labour and compliance
• Maintain high service and operational standards

The Ideal Candidate:

• Current GM or strong AGM ready to step up
• Background in wet-led or community pubs
• Commercially aware and hands-on
• Personable, proactive and organised

Salary up to £35,000.
