We’re recruiting an exceptional General Manager to lead a high-profile, premium pub with rooms operation in the Bournemouth/Dorset area.

This is a commercially driven GM role in a highly seasonal market, candidates should be confident managing peaks, protecting standards, and maximising opportunity all year round.

The Role:

• Full P&L responsibility for a premium pub with rooms
• Lead a large, multi-department team across food, bar and accommodation
• Drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction in a seasonal business
• Maintain brand standards while delivering a warm, authentic guest experience
• Recruit, develop and retain a strong management team
• Control labour, GP, costs and room yields
• Act as a brand ambassador within the local market

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven General Manager experience in a premium pub or foodie restaurant environment
• Hotel / Rooms experience
• Comfortable running high-volume, high-standard operations
• Commercially astute with strong financial and forecasting skills
• Calm, confident leader who thrives in a seasonal, fast-paced setting
• Passionate about food, service and team development
