Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + bonus

We are recruiting an experienced General Manager to lead a high-energy, hospitality venue in South West London.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a commercially minded GM who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to build strong teams, deliver great guest experiences, and drive sales performance.

The Role:

• Full responsibility for day-to-day operations

• Leading, developing and retaining a large management and front-of-house team

• Driving sales, profit, and guest satisfaction

• Managing labour, rotas, and cost control

• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and licensing standards

• Creating a positive, high-performance culture on site

About You:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a busy, wet-led or high-volume venue

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Commercially astute with solid P&L understanding

• Confident managing large teams and high footfall

• Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
