This is a very cool, live music-led venue with a strong reputation, a loyal following, and a genuine family feel. Part of a small, growing group, this role offers real autonomy and the chance to make your mark.

The Role

As General Manager, you’ll be fully accountable for:

• Driving commercial performance and growth
• Leading, developing, and inspiring a strong management team
• Owning the late-night offer and guest experience
• Maintaining standards across service, music, and atmosphere
• Working closely with ownership to push the business forward

This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role suited to someone who thrives in high-energy, late-night environments.
