We’re recruiting an experienced General Manager to lead a high-performing, quality-led restaurant in Canary Wharf.
This is a flagship role within a fast-paced, food-focused operation, suited to a confident, commercially minded leader who thrives in high-volume environments and delivers exceptional service standards.
The Role

Full accountability for the day-to-day operation of the business

Leading, developing, and inspiring a large front-of-house team
