We’re recruiting an experienced General Manager to lead a large, landmark pub in East London with a significant food offer, expansive beer garden, event spaces, and on-site accommodation.

This is a complex, high-profile operation requiring a GM with strong local knowledge and experience managing multi-revenue-stream venues.

The Role

• Full oversight of food, wet trade, events, and rooms

• Managing large teams and diverse operations

• Driving community engagement, events, and live programming

• Ensuring strong commercial performance across all areas
