We’re recruiting a General Manager for a well-established, food-led pub with a strong local following and a quality-driven offer.

This is a hands-on role for a GM who enjoys leading from the front, delivering great food and service, and building strong relationships with the local community.

The Role

• Full responsibility for day-to-day operations

• Leading a food-focused kitchen and front-of-house team

• Driving standards, consistency, and guest experience

• Managing budgets, labour, and GP performance

• Building a positive, community-led culture

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven GM experience in a food-led pub environment

• Strong people leadership and service focus

• Commercially aware and operationally sound
