We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to take the lead of a standout, premium, food-led restaurant in the heart of the City of London.
This is a high-energy, fast-moving operation where quality, consistency, and service sit at the centre of everything. The ideal candidate will be a confident, commercially astute leader who enjoys running busy services, setting high standards, and motivating large teams.
The Role

Overall responsibility for the daily running of the business

Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing front-of-house team

Owning commercial performance, including budgets and cost control

Proven General Manager experience within a quality restaurant environment
