We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a well-established, food-led hospitality venue in the Surrey area. This is a hands-on role for a confident operator who enjoys running great services, leading strong teams, and driving a commercially successful business.

The Role

• Full responsibility for the day-to-day operation

• Leading from the floor to deliver excellent guest experiences

• Ownership of P&L performance, budgeting and cost control

• Recruiting, developing and motivating a high-performing team

• Maintaining strong operational and service standards

About You

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a similar hospitality setting

• Strong commercial awareness with solid P&L knowledge

• A natural leader with a hands-on, people-first approach

• Organised, reliable and service driven

• Access to reliable transport

Desirable: WSET Level 2, experience in premium or steak-led food operations, familiarity with DesignMyNight.
