We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a busy, high-volume and bar venue with a strong food offering in the South Bank area. This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of a vibrant, well-located venue with a strong team and consistent footfall.

What you’ll do:
* Lead daily operations across bar, restaurant and events
* Drive revenue, manage budgets, and maximise profitability
* Deliver outstanding guest experiences and maintain high standards
* Develop, coach, and motivate a large team

* GM experience in a premium, high-volume environment
* Strong people leadership and commercial acumen
* Confident host with excellent communication skills
