General Manager

Location: North London
Salary: Up to £50,000

A vibrant, community-focused pub in North London is on the lookout for a passionate General Manager ready to take the lead. This is a venue where locals gather for relaxed pints, lively catch-ups, and quality seasonal food in a welcoming setting.

About the Role:

As General Manager, you’ll run the show day-to-day, ensuring the atmosphere is warm, the service is sharp, and every guest leaves wanting to return. You’ll have the autonomy to drive sales and build a loyal following, while nurturing a happy, motivated team who share your love for hospitality.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the team confidently through busy services while keeping energy high and standards consistent.
  • Building guest relationships and becoming part of the local community.
  • Managing rotas, stock, and compliance with a keen eye on costs and quality.
  • Bringing fresh ideas for events and local engagement to drive footfall.
  • Supporting and developing your team, leading from the floor and by example.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as a General Manager or strong Assistant Manager in a quality pub or high-volume hospitality venue.
  • A natural leader who keeps calm under pressure and knows how to energise a team.
  • Strong financial and operational skills.
  • A passion for people, hospitality, and delivering a great guest experience every day.

Why Join?

  • Lead a popular pub you can truly take pride in.
  • Be part of a growing, quality-focused group with a supportive approach.
  • Autonomy to shape your venue’s personality and guest experience.
  • Opportunity to grow your career within a business that values its people.

If you’re ready to take the next step and lead a North London pub with warmth and energy, we’d love to hear from you.
