Salary: Up to £47,000 including tronc

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on General Manager to lead a thriving destination pub in West Horsley – a busy, well-loved venue with a loyal local following, strong weekend trade, and a reputation for great food, atmosphere, and service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident operator who enjoys the buzz of high-volume service and takes pride in leading from the front. You’ll oversee all aspects of the business – from guest experience and team development to maintaining operational standards and driving performance.

* Must have access to transport and be able to drive due to location
