• A confident, charismatic leader who thrives on the floor and builds rapport effortlessly.
• WSET Level 2 (minimum) and a genuine passion for wine and premium hospitality.
• A strong restaurant management background in quality-led operations.
• A commercial, hands-on operator with a keen eye for detail.
• Someone who can motivate, coach, and develop their team to deliver outstanding experiences.
