Salary: Up to £70,000 + Bonus

We’re searching for an exceptional General Manager to take the helm of one of London’s most exciting, high-energy restaurant and late-night bar operations. This is a huge, high-volume site generating over £250k net per week, combining premium food and drink with an electric live music experience.

The Role

As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind this landmark venue – leading from the front, inspiring a large team across bar, restaurant, and live entertainment. You’ll need to balance commercial acumen with creativity, delivering on revenue targets while maintaining an unforgettable guest experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full operational leadership of a large-scale, multi-faceted site

• Driving top-tier standards in service, food, drink, and entertainment

• Coaching, mentoring, and motivating a large and diverse team

• Delivering financial results in a £250k+ net weekly operation

• Maintaining strong compliance, safety, and licensing standards

• Working closely with senior leadership to drive brand presence and innovation

About You

This role requires a proven, top-level General Manager with experience in large, high-volume venues. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two nights are the same.

• Strong background in restaurant/bar operations at scale (ideally with live music, late-night, or entertainment elements)

• Commercially sharp with a track record of delivering strong financial results
