The Role:
* Full P&L and operational responsibility
* Manage and motivate a large, vibrant team
* Deliver high-volume bar trade and exceptional guest experiences
* Oversee bookings, events, and club-style operations
* Ensure licensing, compliance, and late-night safety protocols
