An independent, premium restaurant is searching for a hands-on General Manager to take the reins of a busy, fresh-food-led venue. This is an exciting opportunity for a GM who thrives on building community connections and driving business growth.

You will work closely with the owner, with full autonomy over guest experience, team management, and business development, alongside a fresh, high-quality food and drink offer.
