Role:

Passionate and experienced General Manager needed for trendy daytime restaurant close to London Bridge station. A General Manager that is warm, passionate, engaging and committed to help build the team, run a busy restaurant while managing the floor of footfall traffic through the door.

Requirements:

This very trendy new group of restaurants are amazing! Strong and consistent standards, but with a casual feel. Personality is key; you need to be positive, happy and infectious to be around with real love for hospitality. A good understanding of the area and the ability to run a successful restaurant. Ideally from a venue with high footfall.
