What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading from the front during high-volume, late-night trade

• Owning the floor during live music nights, parties, and events

• Managing and motivating a tight-knit FOH and bar team

• Driving revenue through smart sales, marketing, and event planning

• Keeping operations slick, compliant, and guest-focused at all times
