What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading from the front with energy and presence

Creating a vibrant atmosphere where music, sport, and service go hand in hand

Overseeing daily operations across bar, floor, and kitchen

Coaching and developing a passionate team

Driving sales and managing key KPIs, stock, and rotas
Who They’re Looking For:

A proven leader with General Manager experience in a high-volume pub or bar

Big on people, pace, and performance

Confident with managing sport & event days, plus live entertainment

Commercially savvy and passionate about hospitality
