Job Title: Events & Reservations Coordinator (with Host Duties)
Location: Central London
Full-Time | Hospitality Group | SevenRooms Experience Required
Are you a natural organiser with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? We’re looking for an Events & Reservations Coordinator to manage private dining, group bookings, and day-to-day reservations, while also supporting the front-of-house team in a host capacity when needed.
The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced position where you’ll act as the key point of contact for all booking-related enquiries, playing a central role in coordinating memorable events and seamless service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all group and private dining bookings from enquiry through to post-event follow-up
* Oversee daily reservations and table allocations using SevenRooms
* Act as the first point of contact for all guest communication across venues
* Maintain accurate guest profiles and event notes to ensure personalised experiences
* Work closely with operations and host teams to ensure flawless execution of events and services
* Provide on-site hosting support during busy periods, working alongside FOH and management
* Send timely confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups for reservations and enquiries
About You
* Previous experience in events, reservations, or front-of-house/host roles
* Confident using SevenRooms (essential)
* Friendly, polished communicator with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy hospitality setting
* Able to work evenings and weekends as part of a rota
