Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Responsibility for development of seasonal menus for multiple concepts under the brand
• training and delivery of menus
• showcasing dishes and presentations
• Research and development
• site visits and team engagement

In order to be considered, applicants must:

• Previous experience in a food development role such as executive chef
• be self disciplined and organised, ensuring deadlines are met
• great passion for food and the details involved with menu development
• must drive to get to sites for visits
