• Experience in bars or clubs (ideally at senior assistant or deputy manager level).
• Proven track record in busy, high-volume venues.
• A stable and progressive career path.
• Solid financial knowledge including P&L, stock control, and labour management.
• A PERSONAL LICENCE is ideal for this role.
