Late-Night Venue

We are recruiting a Deputy Manager for a well-established, high-energy late-night venue with a strong reputation for atmosphere, service, and late trading.

The Role

• Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue
• Taking ownership of Sunday nights and key late-night services
• Leading mid-week trade and driving standards during quieter but important shifts
• Overseeing Saturday brunch operations, service flow, and guest experience
• Managing the floor, team performance, and guest engagement
• Ensuring high standards of compliance, cash handling, and close-down procedures

The Ideal Candidate

• Current Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager experience
• Comfortable running late-night services and closing shifts
• Strong floor presence with a hands-on leadership style
• Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
• Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
