The Role:

• Supporting the General Manager with daily operations

• Leading large teams during busy late-night services

• Ensuring exceptional guest experience and safety standards

• Managing rotas, staffing levels, and service flow

• Maintaining compliance with licensing and H&S regulations

About You:

• Experience as a Deputy Manager or strong Assistant Manager in late-night venues, bars, or clubs

• Confident leading teams in high-pressure environments

• Strong operational and people skills

• Comfortable working late hours and weekends

• Energetic, organised, and guest-focused
