A bustling, well-loved pub and dining venue in the heart of Banbury is looking for an ambitious Deputy Manager to join the leadership team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone ready to step up, take ownership, and grow within an expanding, people-focused business.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting the General Manager with day-to-day operations across bar, floor, and events.
* Leading and motivating a passionate front-of-house team, ensuring high standards of service.
* Driving sales, guest satisfaction, and community engagement.
* Assisting with stock control, rota planning, training, and recruitment.
* Taking charge during GM absence and keeping the venue running smoothly.
* Contributing fresh ideas to enhance the guest experience and improve performance.

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or similar in a quality pub/restaurant setting.
* Strong people skills and the ability to inspire a team.
* A guest-first mindset with a passion for hospitality.
* Confidence running busy shifts and solving problems on the fly.
* Someone keen to grow into a future General Manager role.
