Deputy Manager – Premium Dining Pub

Location: Cirencester
Salary: £40,000-£46,000 + c. £500 per month service charge
Hours: 48 hours per week

About the Role:

  • Lead day-to-day service, ensuring a seamless guest experience in a premium, busy environment.

  • Oversee floor operations, supporting the GM in managing a motivated, professional team.

  • Drive training, team culture, and operational standards to ensure consistency and excellence.

  • Contribute to the commercial success of the venue through effective team deployment and guest engagement.
