We’re on the hunt for a strong, charismatic Deputy Manager to join a high-performing team at a well-loved pub in Guildford. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with restaurant AGM experience or a solid background in foodie pubs who’s ready to step into a leadership role where great food and warm hospitality go hand in hand.

This site combines the buzz of a busy pub with the standards of a quality restaurant – think fresh, seasonal menus, bustling service, and a real community feel.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the General Manager in all aspects of the business

• Driving high service standards and guest satisfaction

• Leading, training and inspiring a passionate FOH team

• Working closely with the kitchen on menu launches and service flow

• Keeping things smooth on shift, from open to close

What we’re looking for:

• A confident operator with a natural presence on the floor

• A love for great food and the buzz of a busy service

• Experience as a Deputy or Assistant GM in a food-led environment

• Someone who leads from the front and thrives on people engagement

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
