We’re looking for a dynamic and personable Deputy Manager to join the leadership team in Surrey’s at one of well established premium gastropubs. If you’ve got experience as an AGM or senior manager in a busy, food-focused venue and you’re ready for your next challenge, this could be the perfect fit.

This is more than just a gastro pub – it’s a community hub with a buzzing atmosphere, top-notch seasonal menus, and a real passion for hospitality. You’ll be stepping into a site that balances the energy of a bustling bar with the polish of a quality restaurant.

Your role will include:

• Supporting the General Manager in running day-to-day operations

• Maintaining top-tier service and driving customer satisfaction

• Leading, coaching, and energising the front of house team

• Collaborating with the kitchen on new menu launches and smooth service delivery

• Running seamless shifts from opening to close

What we’re after:

• A confident and capable floor presence with solid leadership skills

• A genuine love for food, people, and high-energy environments

• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Assistant GM in a busy, food-led site

• Someone who leads by example and connects naturally with both guests and team

• Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
