Deputy Manager – Premium Pub with Rooms
Location: Cirencester Area
Salary: Up to £47,000

We’re looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join the leadership team at a large, premium pub operation with boutique-style rooms. This is a destination venue that combines beautiful interiors, high-quality food & drink, and exceptional hospitality.

The Role

As Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the General Manager in the smooth running of the entire operation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee multiple aspects of the guest journey, ensuring the highest standards are consistently delivered across:

• Food & Beverage – delivering a quality-led, memorable dining experience

• Reception & Housekeeping – ensuring rooms are immaculate, welcoming, and guest-ready

• Team Management – leading, developing, and motivating the team to deliver service excellence at all times

You’ll be expected to take ownership, uphold brand standards, and foster a positive, engaged workplace culture.

About You

We’re seeking someone who is:

• Experienced in premium pubs, hotels, or multi-faceted hospitality operations

• Knowledgeable in all aspects of housekeeping, reception, and F&B

• Extremely standards-driven, with an eye for detail and consistency

• A strong communicator and natural leader who can build trust and connection with the team

• Organised, accountable, and capable of working under pressure while still inspiring those around you
