We’re launching a bold new restaurant concept this summer – and we’re looking for a talented Demi Chef de Partie to join the opening team.
Led by a Michelin-awarded chef, this kitchen will focus on exceptional produce, serious technique, and a dynamic team culture. If you’re ambitious, detail-driven, and ready to push yourself in a supportive environment – this is a rare opportunity to grow from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Running a section with confidence, consistency, and pride

Supporting junior team members and leading by example

Learning from a highly skilled team in a fast-paced, quality-led kitchen

Helping to shape and refine dishes in a menu that celebrates flavour, sustainability, and creativity
What We’re Looking For:

Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen – ideally at demi level or above

A sharp eye for detail and high standards of prep, plating, and cleanliness

Passion for ingredients, technique, and ongoing learning

Calm under pressure and a reliable team player
