Hours: 40 per week (mainly Tue-Sat afternoon)

My client’s London Cookery School brings the traditions of Italy to life through hands-on classes and events.
They’re looking for a Culinary Trainer to lead their fantastic cookery experiences, with a particular focus on fresh pasta, pizza, and other Italian specialities.

The Role

• Teach and inspire guests through engaging cookery classes and events
• Lead demonstrations confidently in front of large groups
• Share stories, techniques, and traditions of Italian cuisine
• Manage kitchen operations including ordering and stock control
• Collaborate on new class concepts and seasonal menus

For this role to be considered, you MUST have Italian Cuisine experience AND be on Junior Sous or Sous Chef Level
