A bold new restaurant is landing in King’s Cross – and we’re building a pastry section that’s as ambitious as the rest of the kitchen.
Led by a Michelin-awarded chef, this is a rare chance to work in a team where technique, creativity, and seasonality are at the heart of everything we do. We’re now looking for a Commis Pastry Chef who’s passionate about their craft and ready to grow in a supportive, high-standard kitchen.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting the pastry section with precise prep and service

Learning hands-on from a senior pastry team with serious experience

Working with top-quality ingredients – from classic patisserie to creative plated desserts

Helping shape a menu that balances indulgence, innovation, and clean, seasonal flavour
What We’re Looking For:

A real interest in pastry and desserts – from fundamentals to fine detail

A strong work ethic, good knife skills, and a love for learning

Experience in a fresh food kitchen or pastry environment preferred

A calm, clean and consistent approach to mise en place and service
