A brand-new concept is arriving this summer – and we’re building the kitchen team from the ground up.
Led by a Michelin-awarded chef, this new opening will bring bold, ingredient-led cooking to the heart of the city. We’re now on the lookout for a passionate, eager-to-learn Commis Chef to join us ahead of launch.

A strong work ethic and a love for food

Solid prep skills and the hunger to learn more

Calm, clean, and organised approach in the kitchen

Experience in a fresh food kitchen (Michelin or Rosette background a bonus, not essential)
