Commercial Reporting Analyst – West London | Up to £60,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing hospitality brand as a Commercial Reporting Analyst, based at their Support Office in West London (with hybrid working, minimum three days in-office). Working closely with senior leaders across Europe, you’ll play a vital role in turning data into insight, and insight into action.
This isn’t just about crunching numbers – it’s about shaping decisions that drive growth, profitability, and long-term success. You’ll work at the heart of the commercial team, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure data is accurate, impactful, and always driving the business forward.

What you’ll be doing:
* Analyse complex data sets to spot trends, evaluate performance, and forecast future opportunities
* Deliver weekly trading reports and executive-level insights
* Build and maintain MI (management information) packs and dashboards to provide a single source of truth for key business metrics
* Partner with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and People teams to support their strategies with data-led insights
* Evaluate campaigns, promotions, and new product launches, highlighting risks and opportunities
* Drive consistency in reporting across the business, ensuring accuracy and clarity
* Support junior analysts and promote best practices within the team
What we’re looking for:
* At least 2 years’ experience in commercial planning, forecasting, or data analysis (hospitality or retail sector preferred)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint abilities
* Excellent communication skills, able to translate data into simple, actionable insights
* Experience managing stakeholders across multiple departments
* Bonus points for knowledge of BI tools (SQL, Looker, Power BI, Cognos, etc.)
