We’re on the hunt for a confident and creative Bar Manager with a genuine passion for cocktails and premium drinks. This role is perfect for someone who loves leading from the front and setting the standard behind the bar.

The Role:

• Take full ownership of the bar operation and cocktail offering
• Lead, train and inspire the bar team
• Create and maintain high-quality cocktail menus
• Ensure exceptional service standards at all times
• Manage stock, GP, ordering and wastage
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-run bar

About You:

• Strong background in cocktails is essential
• Previous experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender stepping up
• Confident, energetic and guest-focused
• Excellent product knowledge and attention to detail
• A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
