A fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a quality-led fresh food kitchen in a beautiful Cotswolds location, working with seasonal produce and learning from an experienced senior team.

The Role:
- Running and maintaining your own section during service
- Preparing fresh ingredients and supporting daily mise en place
- Working across different sections to develop your skills
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy services
- Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
About You:
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie
- Passionate about cooking and fresh food
- Keen to learn and develop within a quality kitchen
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Calm under pressure and a good team player
