£14-£16 per hour | Fresh Food Kitchen | Training & Progression | West Sussex

A fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a quality-led fresh food kitchen in a beautiful West Sussex location, working with seasonal produce and learning from an experienced senior team.

The Role:

  • Running and maintaining your own section during service
  • Preparing fresh ingredients and supporting daily mise en place
  • Working across different sections to develop your skills
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy services
  • Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie
  • Passionate about cooking and fresh food
  • Keen to learn and develop within a quality kitchen
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Calm under pressure and a good team player
