A vibrant, well-established restaurant in the heart of King’s Cross is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join its dynamic kitchen team. Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of the Levant, the menu features bold, flavourful meze, clay oven flatbreads, and dishes cooked over charcoal.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing high-quality, Middle Eastern-inspired dishes with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

• Working within a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring smooth service and consistency.

• Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.

• Supporting senior chefs while developing your skills and experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for food and a strong interest in Levantine cuisine.

• Experience in a similar role, ideally working with charcoal grilling.

• A team player who thrives under pressure.

• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
