What You’ll Be Doing

• Running your section during busy services

• Working with fresh ingredients and quality produce

• Supporting the Sous and Head Chef with prep and organisation

• Maintaining high food and hygiene standards

• Someone calm and organised during busy service

• A team player who takes pride in their cooking
